Please allow 3-5 days for orders to ship. As a one-woman business just starting out, I will do my best to get orders shipped out as soon as possible while giving you realistic timeframes. Order fulfillment days are Tuesday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends depending on what my high-needs child will tolerate.

If you aren't satisfied with our product for the following reasons, you may contact us for a return or refund.

-If the product is damaged during shipping

-If the product is not as described or the wrong item was shipped

-If many of the pasta shapes are disfigured. Please note that I will try to check for errors before shipping, but it would be too time-consuming to examine each piece and the nature of the pasta making allows for some variation in quality. I will pack extra quantity if there is a high likelihood of deformed shapes. Additionally, there are a few shapes that have only 1 good side. I will specify this in the description when applicable. This does not qualify for return unless the good side is also disfigured.
